October to March
Monday 6.15pm - 7.00pm : Circuits
All body workout using a variety of training equipment, £4 per session.
March to September
Monday 6.15pm - 7.00pm : Outdoor Boot Camp
All body workour using bootcamp style activities in the open air, £4 per session
All Year Round
Friday 6.30pm - 7.00pm : MetaFit
High intensity training, £3 per session.
